Nice pool and good breakfast, but my room was loud near the ice machine.

The pool was open all day, which was a

great bonus for my family during our stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, particularly with the proximity to the ice machine causing noise during late hours.

I appreciated the diverse breakfast variety on offer.

Unfortunately, the carpet throughout the hotel had a musty odor that affected my overall comfort. Additionally, I found my room to be extremely cramped. there was no closet space and very limited amenities. It was quite inconvenient having to trek down to the lobby for coffee or hot water, which I expected in my room.

I was just passing through and spent a night here. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I found the hot breakfast to have a decent variety. The hotel was also conveniently close to Rockwall Lake, which made for a nice morning stroll before checkout. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the room that could definitely use improvement.

breakfast? only scraps left at 8:00 am. i woudl ve been thrilled with even a room upgrade for the inconvenience, but no red carpet treatment here. glad to have stayed just three nights, but i almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.

Strongly recommend for a weekend excursion

Clean hotel, friendly staff, delicious coffee, and a 24-hour reception made my stay enjoyable, while the fitness center and proximity to off-site parking were excellent conveniences for exploring the area.

You gotta try the pastries at Cicis down the road! Such a treat after exploring nearby Chick-fil-A for those late-night cravings. The location’s not too shabby either, just a stone’s throw from Van Chans Chinese Restaurant for those late-night noodle fixes.

Now, let’s talk real—old coffee served up at 6-7 PM? C’mon. Had to settle for lukewarm tea and a plastic bag for ice. Oof! Plus, breakfast was pretty dismal with barely a scoop of oatmeal left at 8:00 AM. Definitely expected a bit more from Hilton!

The King Room felt cramped, lacking basic amenities like a microwave or coffee machine. Without room service, guests must trek to the lobby for refreshments. Noise from above was intrusive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Cleaning left much to be desired, as there were hairs in the bed and shower, along with leftover bottles that indicated insufficient attention to detail.

My stay at Tru By Hilton Rockwall Dallas, Tx was wonderful! The hotel is beautifully designed, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and eager to assist. I especially appreciated the clean room with modern amenities and the pleasant ambiance in the lobby, perfect for relaxing.

Breakfast options were limited.

The large bathrooms were a nice touch, and I appreciated the pet-friendly policy for my service dog. My family enjoyed the cozy cabana poolside. it was clean and neat, making for a pleasant stay.

It was a solid selection for a break on a long journey in Rockwall with very good value for money. The amenities in the lobby were nice, especially the relaxing atmosphere where I could unwind after driving. Try to ask for a room away from the elevator for a quieter stay.
